We've been talking recently about gorgeous kitchens, and how to accessorise a Modern Country kitchen...and that got me thinking:
What is it exactly that makes an eye-boggling Modern Country Kitchen?

A muted colour scheme is a must...

That uncertain grey-green-blue is Modern Country heaven....for cabinet colours, try Farrow and Ball Blue Gray, Dulux Stone Green, or Farrow and Ball Pigeon.

Shots of industrial chic, like these gorgeous warehouse lights hanging over the islands...

A large, homely cooker...

Country touches like this large mantel over the AGA...

...and the use of rustic wood...

And, best of all, a pot of tea with friends....

...which is what I'm doing today!
